No right of withdrawal
Pursuant to article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the provision of accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services that must be supplied on a specific date or at a specific time.
Our website constitutes a preliminary offer within the meaning of articles R. 211- 5 and R. 211-6 of the French Tourism Code. Booking a holiday implies acceptance of these special terms and conditions of sale. Printing errors are always possible. Photos are given as examples only and are in no way contractual. The surface areas of the accommodation are approximate and given for information only. We cannot be held responsible for any work or improvements carried out by local authorities or private individuals in the vicinity of the establishments.
All booking requests must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday. The balance must be paid 30 days before the start of the holiday without any call from us, failing which we reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled and to apply the cancellation fee set out below. If you choose to pay by Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard or American Express, the amount will be debited automatically 30 days before the start of the holiday, taking into account the details of the credit card used at the time of booking. If you change your method of payment before this date, you must inform us in order to cancel the automatic debit. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The prices shown are in Euros and payment for your stay can only be made in Euros.
Promotions and discounts are not retroactive under any circumstances.
It is loaned free of charge. We strongly advise you to reserve it before your arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
The information relating to the activities presented on our website are suggestions issued by the Tourist Offices or external service providers at a date well before that of your stay. For more information, please contact them directly before booking so that they can confirm your booking. It is possible that the details of our services may change between their inclusion on our website and your stay, but we accept no responsibility for this.
You must leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. You can ask us to clean your accommodation for a cleaning fee of €80, payable at the time of booking or on site.
Minors remain the sole responsibility of their parents and/or carers throughout their stay. We will only be able to book a holiday for minors if they are under the responsibility of an accompanying adult.
We recommend that you check with the consulates of each country for any visas required. We cannot be held responsible for anyone who does not comply with the regulations in force.
Check-in and check-ou
Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm and check-out is by 10am at the earliest. During the summer holidays, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday. Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Cancellations and changes
For all cancellations or changes, we require written confirmation of receipt. For any cancellation or modification, a fee will be charged. The charges are as follows: €30 for cancellations or modifications made 90 days or more before the start of the holiday; 25% of the total amount for cancellations or modifications made between 89 days and 60 days before the start of the holiday; 50% of the total amount for cancellations or modifications made between 59 days and 30 days before the start of the holiday; 75% of the total amount for cancellations or modifications made between 29 days and 14 days before the start of the holiday; and 100% of the total amount for cancellations or modifications made less than 14 days before the start of the holiday, or for no-shows on the day of arrival. Any interrupted or shortened stay, for whatever reason, will not be reimbursed.
To make life easier on your vacation, our rules are posted in our establishments. Please take note of them and respect them. Please note that all our accommodation is non-smoking.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, in accordance with current legislation, hoteliers are not liable for the sale of tourist accommodation. As a result, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal belongings, particularly in your accommodation and adjoining parking lots. We remind you that you are responsible for the security of your accommodation during your stay, and that it is up to you to insure yourself accordingly. There are a number of precautions you can take to avoid any inconvenience, such as closing your windows before leaving and locking your door.
